The location is great, the apartment is always hot inside, no aircon or windows to open, just fans that do very little, the restaurant/ Cafe is noisy on weekends even though we are told nothing loud after 11pm, they went till 4am with banging and yelling. The apartment needs a paint and update, wallpaper and paint peeling. It is standard Paris size, 2 good r....
